1. Who We Are

We are CW Cleaning Services Ltd, legally registered at Warrington Business Centre, 67 Bewsey Street, Warrington, WA2 7JQ.

2. What Data We Collect

We only collect the information you voluntarily provide via our website contact form. This includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give one
• The service you are enquiring about
• The details of your cleaning enquiry

3. Why We Collect Your Data

We use this information strictly to respond to your inquiries, calculate cleaning service quotes, and communicate with you about your requested services. Our legal basis for processing this data is to take necessary steps at your request prior to entering into a service contract.

4. How We Store and Share Your Data

When you submit the enquiry form, the details are emailed directly to us and stored in our own email system. We guarantee that we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties or marketing agencies.

A backup copy of each enquiry is also written to a private, password-protected folder on our web server, so that no enquiry is lost if an email fails to arrive. That folder is not accessible from the internet, and copies are cleared periodically.

We also record the IP address a form submission came from. This is used solely to block automated spam, and is deleted along with the rest of the enquiry.

4a. Third-Party Services Used By This Website

Two services load content into this website from outside our own server. Neither sets cookies or tracks you across websites, but both necessarily receive your IP address in order to send that content to your browser:

• Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces used on this site.
• OpenStreetMap — supplies the map tiles shown in the "Warrington first" section.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your inquiry data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the requested information. If you do not proceed to become an active client, your contact details and inquiry information will be permanently deleted after 12 months.

6. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct any inaccuracies, or request the immediate deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us by calling 07858 372180 or emailing claire@cwcsl.com.
